Do you charge for planning?No. Our services are completely free. We're paid a commission directly by Disney, so the price you pay is the same whether you book through us or on your own — you just get all our expertise for free.
How far in advance should I book?For Walt Disney World, we recommend 8–12 months out. For Disneyland, 4–6 months is usually enough. Cruises and Aulani fill fastest — book a year ahead if you can.
Can you book flights too?Absolutely. We can package your flights with your Disney vacation, or you can book flights yourself if you have miles to use. We'll advise on what makes sense.
What if I need to change my dates?Travel happens. We're here to help with any changes that come up before or even during your trip. Disney's policies are surprisingly flexible — we'll walk you through your options.
