Earth Day Disney style

My girls and I visited Disney in April - and we so enjoyed the Flower and Garden festival.  And one of the new things this year was not a topiary - but a sand sculpture.  I don't know about you, but when we go to the beach, we try to build sand castles.  But often they resemble buckets.  Or as my children often prefer, they are much more like pits than castles.  I can't even imagine the work it took to create this sculpture.

Have you seen Disney's new nature movie - "Chimpanzee?"

  1. Haven't seen it yet, but I've just been informed that my daughters want to, so I imagine I'll be in a theatre pretty soon.
Gorgeous sand castle. I'd never have the patience to build something like that.

  2. So cool! I wouldn't even know where to begin to attempt a sculpture like that.

And no, we have not seen "Chimpanzee"... I figured M would be all over it, since she loves monkeys. (And I mean, LOVES them). But she has adamantly refused to see it! "It'll be too sad!"

Thanks so much for saying "hello!" I like to know that I am not talking to myself :-)
